This 1999 Lamborghini Diablo VT Roadster is among the coveted few produced in the line’s last model year. “Vicious Traction” — the “VT” in Diablo VT — has nothing to do with its motor and everything to do with the legendary Lamborghini’s ability to create 25 percent more traction than its predecessors. Only 466 Diablo VT Roadsters were produced in the vehicle’s four-year production run.
The VT Roadster model offered updated 18-inch wheels and a more ergonomic design, including a redesigned front bumper, fresh headlights, and a visually updated dashboard. The biggest change and defining difference of this Roadster, however, was the carbon-fiber top that could be electronically opened and stored above the engine. The optional top also made it the first-ever production convertible that Lamborghini offered.
Sportier, Faster
In addition to the updated optics offered by the body redesign — not to mention the convertible top — this Diablo VT has a plush interior and has also been remarkably well-maintained. Additionally, it features an engine that can reach 208 mph with a 0-60 time of just four seconds.
Well-Maintained Excellence
This Diablo VT’s interior is finished in Rosso Mica over a crema leather interior creates a plush and stunning look that compliments the bright red of the exterior flawlessly. It’s also a well-maintained automobile down to the finest detail.
This car benefits from only having three owners in its history. Jack purchased this stunner with less than 6,300 miles from two previous owners on this Lamborghini’s V12.
